Through our many years of activity as freelance lecturers, but also as instructors at the German Wine and Sommelier School (DWS), the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), the German Wine Institute (DWI), the Masterclass series of VINUM, as well as the “Die Weinreferenten”, we know how education and training works.
In our teaching concepts, we combine wine knowledge with the topic of sustainability.

Knowledge is conveyed sustainably and in a way that is easy to understand. For this purpose, we have developed the “Sustainable Transfer Model”, a special learning model that is modularly based on the respective objectives and needs of our customers.
In addition, we have developed various “portfolios” in the central knowledge interfaces – which represent correlations and convey knowledge sustainably. All seminars have a modular structure and are put together according to customer requirements.
