Thanks to our many years as freelance lecturers, but also as trainers at the German Wine and Sommelier School (DWS), the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), the German Wine Institute (DWI) and “Die Weinreferenten“, we know how training and further education works.

Knowledge is conveyed sustainably and in a way that is easy to understand. For this purpose, we have developed the “Sustainable Transfer Model”, a special learning model that is modularly based on the respective objectives and needs of our customers.
In addition, we have developed various “portfolios” in the central knowledge interfaces – which represent correlations and convey knowledge sustainably.
