Bar Freundschaft is a cult venue. From 5 p.m., a colorful crowd from the start-up scene, the English-speaking creative scene from Berlin-Mitte, managers, wine freaks or just normal people meet there for a glass of wine – or often more.
Willi Schlögl and Johannes Schellhorn manage to convey wine in an unpretentious, humorous, passionate and knowledgeable way. They set accents, highlight new things, give unknown winegrowers a stage and – this is one of the main reasons – show new grape varieties and wine styles.
