The mayor of the City of Karlsruhe, Ms. Gabriele Luczak-Schwarz, is Fair Wine Ambassador 2025.<\/p>\n\n

As part of this year’s EUROVINO<\/a> trade fair on 09. and 10. March 2025 in Karlsruhe, she was presented with this award in the presence of the Managing Director of Messe Karlsruhe<\/a>, Ms. Britta Wirtz. The organizers of the Fair Wine Awards are thus highlighting their achievements and their commitment to the presentation of sustainable and environmentally friendly wines.<\/p>\n\n

The focus here is primarily on climate and fungus-resistant grape varieties, organic wines and wines made from historical grape varieties, which will play an increasingly important role in German viticulture in the future against the backdrop of a changing climate. “Making these wines visible is a key prerequisite for their success on the German market,” said Denis Duhme at the award ceremony.<\/p>\n\n
